Unfortunately a design flaw in the lock

I have long been used Gardena products. However, the value for money no longer optimal (less plastic, limited lifetime). Due to reviews I've become aware of this shower. The build quality is good, with one exception, namely, the plastic ring for locking. This is broken very quickly. Is also due to the unfortunate design features a circular ring, which must be turned to finding backwards. Thus, the right-labile plastic ring is charged selectively and thus breaks. Too Bad. If this were to change, this shower was a good alternative to the market leaders. And unfortunately, according to feedback here not an isolated case. Thus, but unfortunately only 2 points.
