I have received this cable for the second time yesterday. It is used at night by myself as a charging cable to the bed and I noticed that my phone is always assumed to us but did not really loaded. At first I assumed that with my phone something is wrong. So I complained about the first cable and get my new. Here, the error occurs on the first day. I have the plug when the smartphone is slightly upward pull so that it loads. Leaving the plug is going no contact since. All other (unfortunately much shorter cable) work without problems. So it is here on the plug and not on the sleeve. Thus, the new cable is complained again and I might look at times by another manufacturer. Schade :-(
