The 80s brought forth an almost unmanageable number of new artists and works. People like Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seger, John Mellencamp also Dire Straits Queen or INXS were omnipresent. During this time I amassed in 2000 albums, had nevertheless somehow never made an album by Neil Young to buy. With this album, the chance was this omission particularly since I advance the very good Rockin 'In The Free World knew, but just not the rest. At Amazon, there did not yet exist the possibility in each title a listen. So in 2004 ordered rapidly and delivered from Amazon, so pure in the CD player. After that first a long face, the rest of the CD was not mine. Numbers like Do not cry or on Broadway induce me still reflexively to zap Next 10 years later. To compensate, there is the well successful number "Crime In The City" and "Too Far Gone", the rest is unfortunately only lower mediocrity.
Unfortunately, only a weak album of this Canadian icon that you need not necessarily have.
