Unfortunately I can not say anything good about the visually neat fermentation pot in use. After I had scrapped the white cabbage, a puddle formed repeatedly at the bottom of the pot on my windowsill. After several days I had in the morning a veritable Überschwämmung in my kitchen and asked for a thorough examination about 10cm long, horizontal crack at the bottom of Gärtopfes firmly. From the customer service of the company K & K I got the information that I myself caused the crack Over-pulping and that one but should rather pulped in a separate container, the digestate. In the product description is specially noted that consists of only one form of the pot and therefore not, like other pots can crack during pulping. Well, that I was able to refute but unfortunately. I was offered a pot of the same size without lid and Beschwerungssteine for only 14,99 excl. Shipping costs. If I now also have to buy a separate bucket for pulping to what I personally think is less hygienic, I can look around and just after a robust fermentation pot of another provider .... shame. As a flower pot on my terrace it will hopefully be to use yet.
