Unfortunately limited feature with errors

I have the s3 mini. Unfortunately, crashes with me always Google Talk if someone writes me via Google Talk. once the notification feature is turned off, the service no longer crashes ... I am very disappointed about the fact that this does not work properly. would anyone have a solution, I would be happy to hear about it. I will otherwise return before the return deadline. The error message is: The process was terminated com.google.process.gapps

I've tried so far:
Cell factory reset
Registration as [email protected] and as [email protected]
all applications cache reset

but unfortunately, the error message is still, as soon as I set the notification feature (popup or status bar notification) in Google Talk.

Samsung support is informed - if I do not receive message / solution is the phone unfortunately back.
