Unfortunately, quite differently than hoped

I have now tried 2x and Crock Pot was not satisfied on both occasions. In the first experiment, there was stew, the meat was still very strong after the recommended cooking time and there was no nice creamy sauce, simply because the Zweibelwürfel not boil at the low temperature. On the second attempt I made a soup / stew of white beans. The beans I have soaked 14 h, according to the recipe they should after 3 hours on high level be even. They were not there even after 5 hours. The taste both dishes were ok, but mine is the high temperature on stage simply too low. Especially goulash and goulash soup are really good when they long gently in a pot in front of him hinblubbern (whole slight blistering). This crock pot is bubbling nothing. I'm going to make a final attempt a pulled pork when nothing is, I give the crock pot and buy myself prefer a really nice heavy cast iron pot.
