Unfortunately spots and only half an eye

I had ordered the flag, because I'm usually traveling abroad and like to have a piece of home with me.
Ordered because of the many good reviews, original packaging placed in the suitcase and taken to Malaysia. Last night, unpacked and then the bad surprise:
lower eyelet is completely missing
upper eyelet hangs only half the material
the flag has 2 large, black spots

Two stars because the goods arrived very quickly, the color is very intense and I think you can you could exchange without any problems, if I was still in Germany goods. Unfortunately, I'm not but I'm also just back in a few months.
