Unfortunately, there are some negative aspects:
- In the grip (the silver part) there is a black sleeve of plastic that does not rotate properly at 5 of 6 mills. So you served not, unless you pressed firmly together. This arises over time or is getting worse, because the bond is broken (although I have almost never rinsed and then with warm water, what they should really stand)
- So you can not grind chilies
- The silver color goes with time and gets scratches, making very unsightly mills after two years of use
- The grinder setting changes and is inaccurate, they "droning" of time
I then ordered me several of these mills, as they cost more 12,95. My Little Firefox addon tells me that on 03.07.2014 the price skyrocketed after the mill has taken years under 13. Now he is at 17 ... must as if the course of spice mills due to economic fluctuations would suddenly rise, haha: D
No, no, that has nothing to do with stock market or the cost of production of this mill, because other similar mills have become cheaper within the same time. It's just a rip-off that one often encounters on Amazon: you buy something and then it's a few days later suddenly 5 more expensive or cheaper. That's why I have my addon.
