Just my kind of food. Actually, there is no court in the entire book that I would not eat. A few recipes are very basic and simple, which I personally would really need it (like the Chia Pudding), but it does not matter, because really are a lot of beautiful, healthy and appealing things here. Many quick recipes. All natural, "real" ingredients, including information on gluten-free variations (who it needs). The photos are beautiful! I find this book enriches every household and is responsible for all vegans and people who like to eat vegetables fully recommended.
