More you can not pick out well ...

Previously had a normal of Bialetti moka coffee maker, but just was not comparable to espresso. Have then found the Brikka and ordered. The first time a small Geyser me has arisen almost dangerous! Hab then realized that it was because I wanted to save the espresso. So again tries and the instructions carefully followed: Fill the screen, do not press firmly, water dosed accurately, and there was for the first time Crema! And a really delicious espresso. One probably not quite comparable with the 3000 Euro machine, but comes seeeehr na tuned.
As already described by others so I needed five tries before I could herrausholen the optimum. The result is (no exaggeration!) 3mm crema, and a still splendid espresso. I'm looking forward every time it, as in NEM good food restaurant.

The important thing is really: manual follow exactly! Called:
- Sieve full of coffee
- Not flatten coffee
- Metered water properly
Pour Espresso IMMEDIATELY: Especially important for Crema - Not even have to wait until you think the maker has finished spit. Even as the loud hiss underway is high off the stove and into the pre-heated cup. Because every second delay allows the Crema because of the heat in the collector disappear. We therefore really need to stand next to the stove and watch. But for coffee lovers no problem. Also lasts no longer than three minutes.

The coffee was already written here is that in spite of pre-warmed cups cold I can not understand completely. In my case I can slurp at best.

The coffee variety and freeness also make up a lot when it comes to taste and crema.

Conclusion on my part: Who would be hours at a coffee after work, is hereby served. Is today the case for me was, cup is (now emptied) before me, and I thought I must go help me as the doubters.
