Unit recue with cable / connector and incomplete requiring an auxiliary alimentaion

Received before the date, damaged packaging, without affecting the product. Item that does not match the description and picture. Insufficient connection using supplied cable and connector. Requires an auxiliary power supply. The connector on the card includes 3 pins "-" "+" and "in". The cable with the connector only has 2 son (yellow) plugging into the "-" and the "in" nothing for the "+". The voltmeter is not powered. Contacted the seller, no new cable and no solution or technical feedback. Canceled and refunded command. Very disappointed.
