This is typically a product market totally controlled by Braun (Gillette made the Proter & Gamble Group): no independent manufacturer !!!
Result a cost of product "consumable" that explodes the overall cost of shaving: you pay the razor every 6 or 7 purchases of consumable. It's like the ink cartridges of a printer mark ... but now there are independent products.
The icing on the cake profitable: you can not buy the knife or the grid separately?
