unnecessary defects cost 1-2 stars!

I would love the part for -ja on what it cost ultimately wird- decorate with 4 or even 5 stars.

But 2 points bother me so much that I just can not give good -eher gemeinte- 3 star:

Firstly, the paper must be obliquely inserted into the shredder and not vertically (like you VVON the all devices known to me knows), which I find a little strange ...

The bigger problem is caused by the unique shape of the lower part gaping gap above the collection basket, which provides an enormous emissions of fine paper dust during use. This is not only annoying and uncomfortable, but would have been easily avoided with a little thought ... very annoying!

Thus, I can the unit - despite very useful basic function - ultimately not recommend to buy.
