Unnecessary scavenger earth .... !!!

I ordered this product after having read on the net that was put forward as positives.
Since then, nothing! It'll be several months I'm trying desperately to use this product that traps do ... but earth !!! I returned to the vendor site to check and recheck the establishment of the trap, I was doing fine, but .... And if nothing changes, earth, yet the earth, and always in the earth !!!! Voles are damn her laugh when they see it zibule earth !!!!! I just tried to contact the seller SWISSINNO (not the dealer on Amazon), for which the site gives a dead link for the part 'contact'; I still managed to find a place that looks good and if by then no change is found, I strongly advise anyone to buy this product scavenger earth !!!!!!!
