The maker of the company Unold 8695 is - by far - best device, what I had in 18 years. I'm not a novice in dealing with bakery machines; because with three predecessors I have learned the ups and downs of baking know. First I want to mention the many good recipes that all succeed. The recipe book is likely to be something more durable. The device is very easy to use. The bread falls, after a 1/4 hour rest period in the machine, slightly out of the mold. With this device, the Rührschwengel remains not hang in the bread, and I had only use the special hook to pull out the kneading hook which is supplied, the first bread. I want to complain about the too small arrows that indicate the choice of three different crustal settings and the two possible weights of bread. But that would be the only, which greatly disturbs me about this device. I hope that the Fa. Unold has now stopped this error in the new devices. I would but in spite of this small handicap acquire this maker repeatedly.
