As I have noted, up to and including 3000 Kelvin lamps may be referred to as "warm white", although the color impression not "warm" acts already in existing here in 2900 Kelvin. 2700 Kelvin, it must already be in the living area well.
Something unfortunate that the lamps here explicitly with "Environment: Indoor apartment" will be awarded.
The brightness is comparable in my opinion, and quite OK with 30 W halogen.
