In the first half, the author analyzes many scenarios destruction of our consumer society. They are all plausible, sobering and really scary. Where I did not like this is the part that gives clues to survive this situation.C'est probably realistic and relevant but unattainable for man and woman in the world. Having a (very) large fortified land away from world gargantuan food reserves, weapons ... unless very lucky this is not possible. Moreover, even if it's realistic, choice of people we accept in the fortified places, rules of life, the fact of considering the outsiders as enemies to be rejected, all this creates chez- me discomfort. Can we (over) living happily in this way?
