The first week everything worked and then I had a ton of blue screen at startup windows seven.
Suspecting a file corruption, virus, prob drivers, or other cause, I reinstalled the OS, download the latest drivers and have added a minium of apps to try and keep stability.
A few days later, the blue screens of death in Windows startup resurface ...
Despite all possible attempts to resolve this problem, I came to the conclusion that the bars had some kind of conflict with my motherboard. And this seems to be confirmed since with my old barrettes, it worked very well and since I gave them (more than 15 days today) everything is OK.
Having exceeded one-day return deadline Amazon, I wanted to contact Corsair whether it would be possible to have another model for my overnight MemTest tests tell me that the bars are not defective . Also, if it is a problem of incompatibility, I will have to mail items outside France, at my expense, repeatedly if still not OK.
But apparently impossible to have a response from Corsair or comment on an application back: it's back with standard exchange or repair at your expense or at the bottom NOTHING country.
No address in France for returns. To collect money, they are there. For after sales service, circulate, there is nothing to see.
