Unwanted Remote Function

Tested with the iPad 3 and SteelSeries headset (3pol mic).
Actually everything works. Unfortunately, a bit too much. Because by the microphone at the same time controlling unintentionally remote functions such as volume, play and stop etc. to Pustet eg in micro, arbitrarily changed the volume and or conducted Play / Stop.

The original Apple headset microphone also has in addition to the remote control. I suspect that this remote control otherwise makes as the micro-short to close. Accordingly, I believe that the micro of my headset is so sensitive that it With high loads the same as a short circuit. Or. Clipping / overdrive.

Conclusion: The jack adapter works unfortunately only with disturbances. By random remote control commands are executed as soon as the microphone is used. This of course refers to the tested hardware from me. Basically, however, it can occur with any other hardware.
