The device has an output side pressure gauge (metal with plastic washer)), with a scale of 0-16bar (also units PSI and kPa, the latter figures but illegible)!; the scale can be read at 0.5 bar. Material seems to be the component description to correspond (brass), the connection is as described IG1 / 2in and the NW DN15. On the front of the direction of flow is marked on the back of the device is the lettering "PN1.6": I suspect suspect that this is the indication of the nominal pressure (smallest, adjustable pressure). The pressure is adjusted by means of Allen (6 mm), this has a screw cap to be removed "at the top". In a coarse filter pressure regulator can be seen, the internal deburring of the housing (determined at least on the output side) is incomplete.
Meanwhile, I have informed me anderweilig and therefore the pressure reducer offered has no authorization in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance - the contrary is proven by a test certificate beigelgtem.
The Balancing of possible pressure was determined by me through practical experiment:
Thus, a reasonable water flows only from about 2 bar - from this attitude seems to be carried out and a "reasonable" water passage is given (but only after ca 2.5 bar more than 5l / minute) and a Druckregulung without water flow. In "adjusted" pressure of about 1 bar (start of scale) hardly any water flows through the pressure regulator. In all minimum settings (once water flows) below ca 1.5 bar, the pressure increases when blocking the drain-side back to ca 1.5 bar. This behavior confirms my assumption of the above rated pressure.
Due to lack of documents, I can not rate the better part.
