Since I only use the Lavera Basis Sensitive Toothpaste more, this has significantly improved and I get the rare (for example, in the unfortunate case if you look at it bites to the oral mucosa, but then not always as before).
The Lavera basis sensitive is incidentally one of the few available toothpastes, which works without fluoride. Because although dentists advertise this most, this substance is not entirely harmless and controversial and many other ingredients in conventional toothpastes can cause irritation (eg sodium lauryl sulfate). There is also no glycerin indoors, which is contained in many other natural toothpastes and also should not be so ideal (according to the study of a certain Dr. Judd "coats Glycerin teeth with a film, so that the body's own tooth cleaning can not be used.")
These are the ingredients:
Aqueous Echinacea Extract, Sorbitol, pebble minerals, chalk, xylitol, sea salt, xanthan gum, coconut surfactants, myrrh tincture, yarrow extract, propolis, arnica extract, natural flavor
Being Echinacea and propolis yes basically are good for the immune system, myrrh is also generally a good tip at gingival / oral mucositis and should act Yarrow also antibacterial.
Its taste is slightly salty (clear is indeed sea salt indoors) and otherwise very pleasant unobtrusive - I also need not necessarily have a taste for menthol in the mouth, as often found in the other toothpastes. They foamed only slightly.
I use the Lavera basis sensitive for several years and my teeth were always nice and clean with no chemical additives. Even with a visit to the dentist recently, there was nothing in my teeth "fix".
I must say that I already used some other Lavera products and am now basically very happy with this brand.
