Due to the good reviews I've become aware of this simmering pan and after a few months of "observing" I've finally ordered him and just tried.
First, as described in the instructions, gereinigigt the pot with water and washing up liquid, then again boiled water in the pot after I have filled the previously simmering pan with approximately 0.25 L of hot water.
The first challenge was filling with water. The handle is on the left a red button on the handle and on top of a folding handle. Quick strapped, here one must first push in the button and then simultaneously move the folding mechanism. Just went and I could fill with water. That was not so easy because it's already hot water and the hole is small and you have to be extremely careful and sooooo Slowly pour, then you go.
The first boil (bubbly) now succeeded me as not (or I was too impatient) but the water bubbled already at the bottom edge, so I refer to this as a boil.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you cook with it, rotate the handle away from you, as emerges from the filler neck hot, very hot steam.
Therefore not necessarily fill as specified in the manual, otherwise the water gushes out the filler neck more water.
After I got rid of the first hot water carefully, so I've filled milk. Again, they should "Bubbly" cook, was with me somehow not so, probably takes very long or I'm too impatient. But I gave already very hot milk. So rice pudding pure and let stand off the heat with it, and you're done.
