I have the headphones from Philips already ordered this time the second time. After the first headphones are gone after a year break, but I am so impressed by the sound and find it unbeatable for that price, I ordered the InEars again. However, what is happening to me in this delivery, I find anything but funny. The product came in the usual black wrap coat, which was, however, covered by a white sheet. That surprised me already. When I drew this I saw directly that the product is already in use or was already open elsewhere. The edges of the package were torn and bent. In addition, it can already be seen through the window that the InEars have been worn.
Surely I am one of the very few who receives a used product and therefore is unhappy, but without comment on "I'm Feeling Lucky" try a used product for the full price to sell, I find anything but customer-friendly. I ask for feedback from Amazon / dealer.
