If the percentages measures are necessarily imprecise because of the indirect measurement method by impedance, the weight should be very specific: yet there has systematically 100g 200g variation between two consecutive measurements, which seems huge to me (although I have no point of comparison because it is the first time I buy an electronic scale).
I contacted technical support by email wo weeks this regard, it never responded to me.
