I'm using the nasal irrigation both in a cold and hay fever and am very happy with the effect. Especially in dry nose or dry throat flushing helps very well. It is quite mild and does not burn by the nose (always apply with warm water, which is much more pleasant than cold!). The dosing is convenient and hygienic. Clear recommendation!
