In my simple request, Amazon has given me free without long correspondence and a replacement unit to return with the request the defective original. I had it for 3 months Problem Search wg. Bluetooth not believed. But with the replacement unit all work right away!
Therefore, I would now but give the TomTom 4 stars - 1 star deduction is wg. Contact shaky.
Amazon gets me 5 stars for the excellent service. That would have the TomTom Support me to offer times!
