I ordered the Roomba Pet 565 in a flash range. The saving of almost 32% has been a great selling point.
But even at the normal price, the Roomba be a really good buy without headaches.
This order comes in a large cardboard box, by forwarding the content protects well even with rough handling (in my case the carton appears to be accidental fall times).
In addition to charging station and robotic vacuum and a small maintenance kit, a complete set of brush and an IR beacon is included for rooms demarcation.
The Roomba starts after switching (the different modes takes you to the good, but not outstanding manual ... here could be improved a bit) on to curves seemingly wildly.
Who takes a few moments and times to conclude that a complete run, but see that behind the chaos but infected system. The device tried so many long distances as possible to drive and must also go to any wall with the right side (nbürste) along.
The cleaning performance of tile (100% ... my apartment) is perfectly ok, if not outstanding. When something dust is blown sideways, it has been taken but in another passing at the end of the run (in a review here a criticism so I can not share).
Large cavities that are not cluttered like a grocer loves the device. The smaller the space he needs to maneuver all the more to reach all corners. Obstacles bypasses the Roomba, but even this difficult halt some efficient cleaning.
Also all corners in the room are cleaned well with the side brush (I have deliberately put confetti in the corner and it has been almost completely removed). Miracles do not expect safe. But if the small plates each day passes it is then just a day later in the catcher.
The timer allows to let the little R2D2 easy run when you're at work, for example. However, you should make sure at 3 PM clock and not to provide AM (my first night with the Roomba in the apartment was quite short).
The volume is a vacuum cleaner even quietly (the comparison to a small hair dryer is good), only on my tile joints rumbles of suction briefly.
However, the Roomba is not a substitute for the vacuum cleaner. I still have to dust cleaning, wipe damp times and stop times with the large suckers on sofa and the floor. But all this is not a criticism of the device because it was not designed for it.
Who has the right apartment and do not want to pick up the vacuum cleaner every day itself, will find in my eyes the instrument par excellence. I self-priming only every 10 days but not more a day, but.
