Having heard many different opinions on the internet, I was skeptical at first, have the capacitor but ordered, and am really happy. There are provided two containers which are filled with water and freeze in the freezer and it is in the box in front of dryer use. There was no steam in the basement, where the disc was minimal shod. So I've tried to do with the conventional ice packs and it worked out great and I'm totally satisfied with my capacitor! The laundry is dry and does not require an extended drying time. Worthwhile and no bad investment!
