Very bright bulbs (G9 for conditions). Replaces the staircase fully satisfying the original 40 W halogen lamps. Color is just about acceptable for warm white. In the stairwell, hallway and bathroom, the light color is okay. For the living room or bedroom, I would not use this lamp. The dimensions are huge especially in comparison to Halogenbirnchen. Be sure to check the available space in the shade before (measure). Since 6 months with no downtime in operation.
