The shipment (Hofstein) went very quickly. The lamps are normally packed, no padding (but not necessary), with a set of screws and dowels; the latter I did not use. From the outer processing perspective it is good: the track itself and the joints are made of metal. The aperture of the base is made of plastic, you can see it but you do not to. Installation is relatively simple: first, an anchor element with 2 to 4 screws drilled - elongated openings allow small adjustments of the alignment. The rest is not difficult - you can manage alone.
When you turn it takes 0.5 to 2 seconds before it addresses. And then a few seconds before it reaches its full brightness. Although I can not measure it, I do not think that effectively come out 1280 lumens. But that is subjectively perceived in a direct comparison with a Philips lamp of similar power. Anyway, two of these lamps for our kitchen (12m² and light fronts) probably a bit too much. It is good that the light is not cold and sterile acts, but pleasant. And I think, rather than something too bright to dark.
It remains to be mentioned positively that they (so far) makes no noise and does not smell funny. The lamp is definitely a looker looks in real life exactly like the product picture. We are very satisfied.
What was not so good: When installing a cable of the lamp is broken, I had to re-stripping and set the terminal. And the housing of the lamp is not connected to the ground although the carrier rail is made of metal.
Conclusion: Recommended! Class design.
PS: The price is now significantly increased obviously we could make a real bargain. But probably the lamp would also 100, - sell well in the furniture store, just because it looks good.
