The Nova Rico illuminated globe is a beautiful, very favorable globe. He is, after all, from Florence, where the art of Globenbauens has been practiced for over 500 years. It is true that this inexpensive product does not compete with the expensive precious globes of manufacturers like Columbus, but it costs just a fraction and is certainly better than the globes of the discounters. The globe shows unlighted a beautiful physical map (ie mountains, plains, rivers, lakes), illuminated it shows the political map image. A children's world it is not, but it is not stable enough (the plastic base is the weak point), but as a student globe he's alright. The map image is clear, succeeded sufficiently detailed and visually for a 30 cm globe. The lighting is also bright enough. A relief (elevations, where mountains are) not the globe. A little disturbs the bulge at the equator, but that's ok. Overall for the price a bargain!
