Very Disappointed misinterpretation on my part

43 x 16 x 28: I thought 28cm wide, unfortunately, it is up to the hilt, width 16cm, too small.
So the price of 33.99 too high in my opinion, especially that today it is sold 19.99.
So big disappointment for this gift that I have to offer my best friend
