Use the thing for a little more than one year in continuous operation in my Home Server.
(I5-2300T, 8GB RAM, 2x 2TB WD HDD, 1x Corsair SSD, 2 fan, 1x Intel NIC - 23W idle, 80W ~ load)

Smaller power supplies (60 / 80W) sometimes had problems with the start-up current of the hard drives and were not always on.

I have a very accurate ammeter and can say that, in spite of higher rated power, does not need this power supply behind smaller hide. Even in smaller 30W enriches it's still amazingly efficient.
