Within 5 days of receipt of the article, the lid of the kettle broke. Amazon was immediately replaced without problem. But the new 5/6 weeks after delivery, the kettle lid locks regularly. Although the device is guaranteed for 3 years and that the seller is Amazon, Amazon does not allow the return / exchange the kettle; yet it is the seller, consumer single contact to manage the problems arising during the warranty period!
