Not only the beast heating (290 ° C vs. 300 ° C for a plancha gas), but its elongated shape and allows fine ask the middle of the garden table: participatory barbecue was born. Nobody stays in the greasy sunlight while buddies happily eat up under the tree. Nobody rattle because the meat is raw, the endives and cook peppers of the ladies in the middle of fatty sausages, everyone does what he wants as he wants.
Of course, diehard coal will not have the "taste" of the barbecue, but it is already the case with a plancha gas.
My only advice: choose quality meats (especially from the family of sausages) otherwise the fat and water dégorgeront finish their race in your pink glasses.
