Small flat for croques: do not allow for very wide croques and especially the closing clip to compress does not work well when the slices are large (I do not know if it works with smaller, not tried, the clip perhaps only intended for the waffles, also not bad!). The material of the plates looks good quality and should last over time.

Another downside on the cooking speed: compared to what I have had before it seems to me that this is a not very strong cooking, so let waffles and toasted long enough before they are cooked. When you want this chain is average, so for those who have the amount it pays to be patient, even those who like cooked waffles and crisp (which is not my case that's good!).
