To make it short Sounds That Can not Be Made requires a little time until it fixes itself in the ear canals. This is mainly which opens the album on bulky Song Gaza. Gaza has been very hard for Marillion conditions and very progressive. There are many musical themes which constantly alternate. The whole stretches out over 17 minutes and has become perhaps a little too long.
The title track is a little catchy and is particularly influenced by the keyboards of Mark Kelly and singer Steve Hogarth. In particular, Steve Hogarth convinces on the whole album and provides some very nice vocal melodies from. The refrain of the ballad Pour My Love is big ears cinema. Also power can convince the interplay between quiet verses and powerful chorus works fine!
Montreal is the second long song by Sounds That Can not Be Made, the song structure is very complex, however, manage to make the Marillion song so that it is very catchy.
Sounds That Can not Be Made in a great album made, but you should provide an opportunity for the album unfold.
