Very good AV receiver

After reading a lot of reviews of various AV receiver, but then I decided, despite grave concerns for the TX-NR616 Uncy. The Receiver runs with me in 5.1-channel operation, the front speakers are driven by bi-wiring and bi-amping (Devil T400, F550 Center devil, devil Sub M900SW, Rears Canton) and has a Yamaha RX-V367 replaced. The reason for the replacement purchase was the inadequate sound, especially from the Fronboxen (somehow all heard a little force and to saftlos).
Delivery by Amazon went as always very fast. Since I had already pre-loaded my Bedinungsanleitung the receiver down, commissioning incl. Calibration was not a problem. The device itself has already an impressive format, makes a high impression and there are plenty of connections available. Processing is given the prices of 349, - Euro to evaluate as very neat. If you want more, must be willing to spend significantly more.

Now to practice:
Now I finally know where the test results of the T400 come: The sound, whether stereo or 5.1, is really impressive. Especially in the 5.1-operation you are no longer just here but really the middle of it now! Performance-wise, the Receiver has really large reserves, is absolutely fixed level while tonally balanced and transparent. Even after long hours of operation with 75% power, he is indeed warm, but not hot (the fan is as yet not jump). By the way: All you can still touch without burning is only warm, from 50 ° will's then hot and at least for my receiver's been here no problems (The Yamaha Revceiver really was not bad, but how are at a power consumption of 250W 5x100W arrive at the loudspeakers? Playback via USB ports: Works seamlessly.
Remote Control: Not really the big hit, but if you have befriended the layout is acceptable and the feel is good.

The video section, I use only in so far as the Blue-Ray Player is running over the receiver. The already good image seems to me now a little crisper, but the upscaling feature for me was not a buying criterion.

All in all, I did not think of how much then but a good receiver sound of a present system can still get out! The difference with the Yamaha RX-V367 is more than clearly perceptible. The remaining criteria mentioned is certainly still room for improvement, but around here it points to should already be the TX-NR818, and costs more than twice as much.
