The UEFI provides all customization options.
For fan control I would like to say the following:
ASROCK Z77 PRO3 has the following connections:
CPU_1 4 pin PWM Adjustable via CPU Temp.
CPU_2 3 PIN Adjustable via CPU Temp.
These two are together adjustable. So not individually.
Chassis_1 4 pin PWM Adjustable via CPU Temp.
Chassis_2 3 PIN controllable from 0-255, or 1-10
POWER_1 3 PIN can not be controlled, but can be read on a speedometer signal. Always runs at 100%
In principle, all CPU fans and Chassis_1 are controllable from 0-255, or 1-10 and turn at a definable by the user CPU temperature by up to 100% speed.
This should be avoided if possible because of the computer so that is is quite noisy. On the other hand of course, should not suffer from the CPU. So try hip.
