The book is very well done (notes, photos, ...) and many details feasible exercises on machines and at home with dumbbells. In contrast, the only point that I could blame him, it is the lack of a summary by grouping all muscle exercises. In fact the exercises are grouped by zone (shoulders, pectorals, biceps ...) but when we want to know the exercises which request a particular muscle (eg brachial, upper pectorals ...) this is possible only through one by one each year to find the muscle in question. In summary, this is an excellent book for anyone who wants to start weight training room or at home.
