Easily bed but for my part I do not like doing things halfway, so I would appreciate that the author talks about some of the young water (young water-based), because here we have everything need for lunch in comfort for a week, ie with vegetable juice, fruit, herbal teas, ... But for me it is not a real young. I recommend it all the same because apart from all this advice for a young "partial", the author clearly explains everything you need to know about the young proper (origins, why, conditions, mischief, benefits, ....). Just under 100 pages that will need to learn.
