From the content point of view, my only gripe (hence my star less) is that the book really begins to address the practice of meditation than 2/3 of the book.
There are still key points home as I could not find anywhere else! In all the books I was reading, meditation was always based on breathing, the importance of posture, the importance of trying to empty his mind all the time, quite long meditation. Rinpoche offered him a radically different discourse that pleased me enough, namely that he must meditate in the posture that suits us, no more than a few minutes (the experience will lengthen the duration), which can let his mind thinking depending on what is desired and finally, it offers other meditations as breathing.
The book also addresses the difficulties of the beginner, it provides an answer, which is sometimes not easy to understand or apply. It is true that we do not always perceive what the author you give us. This book is very simple, which sometimes makes things blurry it's true.
If you have already read many books on meditation and would like to buy this book to refine your knowledge, you may quickly get bored. It is primarily for beginners who discover for the first time meditation. About me, I was very hard to read this book because I thought much more focused on practice and less on theory, and even in the practical part, you will still theoretical. If this is your first book on meditation I thoroughly recommend, for others only if you are curious about other perspectives.
