I replaced by a DVD burner Samsung Blu Ray because I wanted to read comics on my new Laptop MSI. So far I've only used it in read Blu Ray and DVD + DVD ROM. It works great.
There are no Blu Ray comes with reading program but I am considering buying POWER 14 that I use in test right now with a free month.
The only thing I noticed is that it is recognized as a MATSHITA on SPEECY freeware and not as a Panasonic.
I still very happy with my purchase.
