Very good cross-section

First of all, I have with melodic rock / AOR rock really nothing to do. Certainly, there is the Single ADJ END or other band that would be seen as a prominent exception. One of the few exceptions is JOURNEY. I have four albums by them and must say that I am excited about this "Best Of double CD". There are really there just about every good piece of this class band, available, also many pieces that I have not yet been allowed to call my own. Also, the general sequence of the CD, the pieces among themselves, very well chosen. Since the 70s I have, with some interruptions, the career of this US band sometimes more, sometimes less, followed. Certainly, commercial music was in Journey often Vordergrung, yet the "musicianship", this band without controversy. The 34 (!!) pieces are distributed among rich 2h 27:54 minutes ... I say this:. "Journey, Don, t Stop The Music .. !!" :-)
Incidentally, also some older pieces are here, so for newcomers just right.
Conclusion: Those who wish to acquire Journey of a good cross-section of their work, which should access here quietly. For me, the best "Best Of" this good AOR band.
