Great device for all DIY enthusiasts, who are 1800 watt sufficient to cut plastered walls and bathroom tiles. The handling is easy, milling it creates with some effort easily. After a day of intensive milling the mill had no overheating problems. If indeed one cuts forcefully but slowly there absolutely no burning or stalling as described in other reviews. As the cutter works when milled into concrete I can not judge.
Conclusion very good price / performance ratio, ideal machine for home improvement that from time to time have to lay cables in walls or floors.
