I ordered this protein here and have to say I've become a family. I've tried some powder, but EA were few that I have tolerated. Dis is one of them. Take it always vir go to sleep, thus I no longer have cravings and awake morgends niht on with hubgrugem stomach. I mix with water as it yet, as the name suggests, is very creamy and not so fast to drink. Tasting it does indeed better with milk, water miy it is still very good and does not taste like other proteins by cardboard.
