I use the Sony MDR ED 12 with an iPhone 4 and am very enthusiastic compared to all headphones previously tested by me. Especially the bass are excellent amplified, without the need to raise this on the Equalizer settings. In particular, the high final volume draws from these headphones, as this was turned down by Apple with the iPhone 4 in a rather arbitrary specific, maximum level. In other headphones I've always had the urge to want to rotate a little louder not in these. Conclusion: small price great sound.
