The case for hard drives is extremely practical.
I have used in my previous hard drive from the laptop. The installation is easy: Open the housing, insert disk and close the housing again.
The whole was recognized under Windows 7 immediately, the speeds are comparable to an internal hard drive.
I use the combination now for the regular backups of the laptop, so I recovered more space on the internal drives freely.
