I use the adapter ring in conjunction with a B + W Neutral Clear Protection Filter (49mm, MRC Nano XS-PRO). The ring is working very valuable (for its size also quite heavy), the color fits 1: 1 to x100s and can be screwed without problems. Sits firmly and does not wobble.
