We had the pan a few times already in use and are very satisfied. It lies flat on the stove and has a very good coating, so that one requires very little fat and they can be cleaned very well. Overall, the pan works quite valuable and solid processed. It seems to me, the cooking surface is raised in the middle of something that is very useful, because the dough thus flow more easily to the outer edges or can be distributed. A small downer there, at least for our needs: the diameter is offered with 26 cm. something small. We like to do gallettes (buckwheat pancakes, as are common in Brittany) with a hearty filling. The filling has been a slightly larger volume, so that you can pursue the orderly gallettes in a 26 cm-diameter not more. But we can live with, and of course it is fully consistent with the product description. Value terms the pan is highly recommended in any case.
